The Author

Mike Kail practiced law in Washington, D.C., for over 40 years. In 1973 Harper & Row published his book, What Washington Said, Administration Rhetoric and the Vietnam War; 1949-1969. His interest in underdogs dates back to high school. He and his wife Wendy live in Chevy Chase, Maryland. They have three grown children and five grandchildren.
